Specifications of “VMI” Vacuum Tray Dryer
The dryer is fabricated from 6 / 8 / 10 mm thick SS 316 plates welded at the joints. The open ends are reinforced with SS 316 square bar all welded around. The door is made from 6 mm thick SS 316 plate reinforced with SS 316 square bar. The adjacent sides of the flanges are provided groove to hold a food grade silicon gasket. External stiffeners in Channels of suitable size are provided.
Each heating shelf is made out of 4.5 mm SS 316 sheets. The baffles will be provided between top & bottom plates from inside to guide the flow of hot water to get uniform heating.
Hot water can be directly passed through the shelves. Round bars of 12 mm dia. will be provided for supporting heating shelves. Dummy Plate is provided on Both top and bottom of the VTD as per clients requirements.
The door is fitted on a specially designed hinge and is secured to the body of the dryer by quick openable eyebolts having square threads. The base is made of SS 304 channel welded to main body and the same is enclosed with SS 304 Sheets from all the sides.
VTD insulated with 75 mm Thk. L. R. B. Rockwool mattresses of density 100 Kg / m3 with Fully Welded cladding of SS 304 Q. 3 mm Thk. Sheets from all sides.
Trays are made in SS 316 and are of size 800 x 400 x 32 mm.
Door is provided in the front and is providedinsulated with 50 mm Thk. L. R. B. Rockwool mattresses of density 100 Kg / m3 with Fully Welded cladding of SS 304 Q. 3 mm Thk. Sheets from all sides.
VTD is polished internally with 240 grit mirror finish and externally 180 grit matt finish.
Suitable Condenser & Receiver are provided along with the VTD to Recover the solvents.
How water system is provided of suitable capacity as per the VTD capacity with complete ascessories , Transfer pump , valves and fittings which are connected to the vtd for hot water circulation into the VTD.
