COMILL

HomeCOMILL

we are known for comill manufacturer in mumbai The Co Mill is used for a wide range of products and applications. Can use it for mixing and dispersing, size reducing, separating, and bulk density adjustment. The typical particle size distribution (PSD) is tightly contained with the 1 mm Sieve to 0.25 mm Sieve range (18 mesh to 120 mesh), depending on the screen and impeller choices.

We are Best Pharmaceutical Machinery Company India has to manufacturing and best solution provide , Our Co Mill, Pharmaceutical Mills, Co Mill Screens, Multi Mill Screens, Pharmaceutical Screens. which is perfect for the size reduction of soft sticky materials particularly in the food and pharmaceutical industries. These products are tested on various parameters in order to ensure the flawlessness of the product. Available in several specifications, this Cone Mill is generally demanded for high speed shredding, sizing, grinding of powders granules, tablets and a wide range of wet and dry material without special attachments. This finds usage in the pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, personal care and cosmetics industries.

Traditional milling technologies do not have the same control over the PSD resulting in more fines & thus causing more dust. In a Co Mill, the penalties generated are much lesser & no dusting of materials, giving better and efficient milling results. We are a comill manufacturer, supplier, and exporter , according to ISI guidelines and user’s requirements since 1964 from Mumbai to India and all over the world.

CoMill is used for Dry and Wet Milling/Size reduction of wide range of products. the  cone mill is even  used for achieving de-lumping, dispersion, De agglomeration, fine grinding, dry and wet milling uniform size reduction, sieving and mixing in the pharmaceuticals, foods, fine chemicals, confectionery & cosmetics industries.
It’s suitable for standalone as well as online milling.
Benefits & Highlights
Low speed design allowing for inherently gentle action on the product resulting in optimum particle granularity, low heat, low noise, minimal fines and consistent, high quality end product can be used on heat sensitive products, high capacities, fully customizable to many different application and process

Working Principle of Co Mills

The Co Mill is used for a wide range of products and applications.

Traditional milling technologies do not have the same control over the PSD resulting in more fines & thus causing more dust. In a Co Mill, the penalties generated are much lesser & no dusting of materials, giving better and efficient milling results. We are a manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of co mills according to ISI guidelines and user’s requirements since 1964 from Mumbai to India and all over the world.

A conical mill (or conical screen mill) is a machine used to reduce material uniformly size. It is an alternative to the hammermill or other forms of grinding mills. As the name implies, the conical mill varies in diameter from where the feed enters to where the product exits.
The conical mill operates by having the product being fed into the mill by gravity or vacuum. A rotating impeller forces the material outward to a conical screen surface, where it is sized and passed through the screen’s openings. Once finished, the product drops through the milling chamber to a receptacle underneath.
Conical mills come in various sizes, from tabletop lab models to full-size high-capacity machines for use in processing large quantities of material, and the impeller and screen can be customized for each use. The machines can be used to reduce the size of particles and for deagglomeration, sieving, dispersion, and mixing.

Advantages as compared to other Milling Equipment
 The output of co mill is near to the size of sieve used approx. 80%-90%, whereas in multi mill it is 1/3 of the sieve used
 The fines generated are on a lower side as compare to other mills
 Heat generation in co mill is comparatively very low as it works on forced pressure
 Other mills have more of dusting as compared to co mill
 Output of co mill is more than any other mills
