Manual Discharge Centrifuge

Manual Top Discharge Centrifuge Machine which are used for solid-liquid separation purpose. The solid material is scooped at manually from the top of the basket. This heavy duty centrifuges are manufactured using SS 304 / 316 contact parts & SS 304 / Mild steel non contact parts.

Bag Lifting Top Discharge 

This type is an improvement on the basic Manual Top Discharge Centrifuge. The machine has a dynamically balanced rotating basket with a conical shell for easy removal of filter bag with solid material. Our compact spring assisted lifting mechanism enables opening of lid by a single person. Alternatively, Hydraulic or Pneumatic arrangement can also provided.

Bottom Discharge Centrifuges

The process of Filtration is similar to other types of centrifuges, the difference being in the method of unloading the Solids. The Scraper cuts the Solid cake while the basket is rotating at a slow speed. The solids are discharged through openings provided in the Basket bottom and Bottom Base / Inertia Plate.

Suspension and Mounting

All the bottom driven basket centrifuges can be supplied either in 3 point type suspension or the newer 4 point type mounting (on VISCO Damper / Sordino Damper) anti vibration mounts.

Fluoropolymer Coatings like Halar (ECTFE), PVDF (ETFE ), Teflon (PFA) etc.
