Double Cone Blender is the best solution and specially made to blend dry powder forcapsules / dried granules for tablets, handle and transfer any batch of product. Theproducts are tumble diffused by continuously rotating the Vessel. The blender is suppliedcomplete with 1 No. Stainless Steel 316 Vessel having two conical frustum either side ofshell of the vessel having lid on one side for charging with quick closing and openingclamps and butterfly valve (Manual) on other side for discharge. Central baffle is providedinside the vessel and on the wall of cylindrical shell. The design of the vessel is zeroretention design. The machine works on motor with reduction gearbox and the vesselmounted on Plummer block and specially designed chain sprocket. Safety guard isprovided with limit switch interlocked with motor which ensures safe operations. All contactparts are made out of SS316/304 quality as per requirements.

Mixing is one of the most common operation been used in different industries like pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetic, detergent, fertilizers etc. This is been done in order to produce uniform bulk mixture as each unit contains the same proportion of each ingredient. And hence, double cone blender is been used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. There are two types of machine been used in industries like double cone blender machine and dry powder mixing cone blender

The double cone blender consists of a double conical Fastrums welded together on centre shell portion . Material inside this conical fastrum tumbles from one cone to other during rotation and the baffles provided rotates the material inside the fastrum Thus providing perfect mixing & Blending.

All contact parts are made in SS 316 and non contact parts are made in SS 304. Suitable thickness shell and cones are used as per capacity of the blender.

Discharge is provided with butterfly valve and on the other end flange is provided for material loading.

The entire unit is mounted on SS 304 stand and is driven by suitable motor coupled with gear box capacity as per the size of the blender. Safety railing is provided with proxy switch for safety.

• Safety guards made from SS 304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit / Proxy switch.
• Panel fabricated from SS 304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer.
• As per customer requirement machine will be provided with left side drive or with right side drive.
• The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
• Worm reduction gear use for speed reduction.
• Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both end of cone as well as in butterfly valve.
• Inside & outside of the cone will be polished to the mirror finished.
• General structure made out of SS 304 and Polished to the matt/mirror finish (as required by you).
• All safety guards & covers made out of SS 304.
• Safety guards provided with limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in proper position. (optional)
